PROGRAM POLICY

• You will be enrolled in your first choice group swim class unless otherwise notified; you will not receive confirmation from us.

  A class posting will be on site and accessible approximately 3 days prior to the start of the session.

  Elite Aquatics reserves the right to cancel a class 4 days prior to the start of the class, due to low enrollment.

  Elite Aquatics' staff may move participants to accommodate specific needs and abilities.

  There will be no make-ups provided for missed classes by the participant(s).

  In the event of inclement weather, Elite Aquatics will attempt to reschedule missed classes. However, there are no guarantees due to facility limitations and scheduling. Private lesson participants are required to provide a 24-hour advance notice for cancellation.

  All payments are due with a registration form prior to the commencement of each class, this includes private & semi-private lesson fees. Private/ Semi-private lessons are assigned to a wait list prior to instructor assignments. Payment is required in advance of being placed on the wait list.

  All swim registrations must be handled through Elite Aquatics. This includes private lessons.

  Refunds will not be given to participants for missed classes.

  Be sure you're committed to the session. Refunds will not be issued once sessions have begun.

emergency permission

In the event the parent/person(s) named above cannot be reached during an emergency involving the above named
participant, I give my permission to ELITE AQUATICS' staff to secure all necessary and required medical treatment. I
give permission for my child/children to participate in ELITE AQUATICS' programs. The participant's parent/guardian(s) agree that ELITE AQUATICS' instructors, volunteers and aids will not be held responsible for any accident, losses, however caused, and agree to release all parties involved from claim of damages that may arise as a result of or by reason of such loss or accident. I understand that every reasonable precaution will be taken to ensure the safety of the above named participant.

responsibility acceptance

I accept full responsibility for my use of all privileges and services performed by Elite Aquatics, Inc. at my own risk and shall hold Elite Aquatics, Inc., its shareholders, directors, officers, employer's representatives and agents harmless from any and all loss, claim, injury, damage or liability sustained or incurred by me resulting there from.

Inclement Weather

The Elite Aquatics website is a great place to start. The communications will be online. Also, the office will have a recording with the information or you may speak with a representative.

Because Thunderstorms are a common phenomenon during the summer, we do our best in deciding how to tolerate them. Missed classes are attempted to be rescheduled on days and times that are decided by the individual instructors. Furthermore, it may be that we are unable to make-up classes entirely. Circumstances beyond our control limit our ability to provide the additional times.

When are classes cancelled? How do we know?

• These are questions that we don't think about until there's a problem

  1. Classes are cancelled when the pool is closed.

  2. Classes are cancelled if we've experienced inclement weather during classes; although morning weather conditions do not affect the evenings; as they may change.

  3. Classes will be cancelled if the pool has been closed for more than 2 1/2 hours during the 10:00am � 1:00pm hours and 4:00pm - 8:00pm hours.

pricing

Group swim lessons- $88 per session, 1 session consists of eight 30- 40 minute classes depending on level


Private/ Semi-private lessons are $195 for the first participant and $55 for each additional person. Up to 3 are allowed in a semi private lesson.

Private/ Semi-private lessons with Courtney are $245. Semi-private $55 for each additional participant.

Aqua Aerobics- $68 per session, 1 session consists of eight 45 minute classes

Advanced Swim Training & Practice- $120 per session, 1 session consists of twenty practices 1 hour in length.

*All above prices are based on registrations received prior to the deadline date. There will be a $10 fee applied to all late registrations.
