    Level 1- Ages 5-12 yrs. �Elementary Aquatic Skills� for those who've had limited exposure to the water or fear. Kicking with support, floating, blowing bubbles and learning survival skills.

    Level 2- Ages 5-12 yrs. �Fundamental Aquatic Skills�, submersion, floating, kicking and arm action. Must be able to submerge face for 3 seconds and float on back for 5 seconds.

    Level 3- Ages 5- 12 yrs. �Stroke Development�, rotary breathing, back crawl, elementary back stroke kick, Butterfly stroke and treading water. Must be able to swim 15 feet on front and back.

    Level 4- Ages 5-12 yrs. �Stroke Improvement�, Breaststroke kick, Breaststroke, Elementary Backstroke, Sidestroke, and open turns.  Must be able to swim 15 yards on front with rotary breathing, 15 yards Back crawl, 15 yards Elementary Backstroke, and 15 feet Butterfly stroke.

    Level 5- Ages 5-12 yrs. �Stroke Refinement�, shallow dives, 2 minute survival float, all stroke endurance building and flip turns on front and back. Must be able to swim 25 yards with Front and Backstroke, 15 yards Breaststroke, Butterfly, Elementary Backstroke and Sidestroke, and tread water for 1 minute. 

    Level 6- Ages 5-12 yrs. �Swimming and Skill Proficiency�, 100 yards Front and Back crawl, 50 yards Breaststroke, 50 yards Elementary Backstroke, 50 yards Sidestroke, and 50 yards Butterfly. Turns for all strokes while swimming. Must be able to swim underwater for 15 yards, flip turns on front and back, swim 50 yards Front and Back crawl, swim 25 yards Butterfly, 25 yards Breaststroke, 25 yards Elementary Backstroke and 25 yards Sidestroke.

    This program focuses on endurance building, technique, and consistency with the four main strokes; Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Freestyle. It is a fun way for the children to interact with friends and to learn how to swim better, faster, and more consistently. There are no swim meets to prepare for and no volunteering involved, it is just swim practice with no competition at the end. We are offering this program to swimmers who have successfully passed level 3 and up only. *Not for children under the age of 5 years old; Please!

    Private lesson info: Private lessons and Semi-private lessons are scheduled in sessions of six thirty-minute classes. They are scheduled Monday - Thursday and weekend options are available. Time option preferences are 2-hours incriments 10-12pm, 12-2pm, 2-4pm, 4-6pm, or 6-8pm. Exact days and times are confirmed through your instructor.

    Semi--privates lessons are the same as the private with an allowance of up to three participants.
